For our affiliated company Rinnosta Srl, which operates in the energy sector, we are looking for a Junior Asset Manager – Renewables (m/f) to join our team and support the growth and operational management of our photovoltaic portfolio.

Rinnosta Srl coordinates the Group’s activities in the renewable energy sector and is active in the development, management and maintenance of photovoltaic plants. The company’s main office is located in Bolzano (BZ), while its operational site is in Marotta (PU).

Responsibilities:

• You will support the negotiation and preparation/management of contracts with suppliers;

• You will support the team in the operational management of the photovoltaic portfolio: performance monitoring, reporting and initiatives aimed at improving and developing O&M (Operations & Maintenance) activities;

• You will contribute to the management and updating of contractual documentation relating to the plants (supplies and services, insurance coverage, agreements with counterparties and property owners);

• You will contribute to administrative and regulatory activities (compliance requirements and procedures through industry-specific portals) and to activities related to claims management;

• You will prepare the documentation and administrative procedures required for the commissioning of the plants;

• You will support the team in managing the permitting process and in liaising with institutions, regulatory authorities, design firms and project management companies.

Requirements:

• Education: a university degree is not essential; if obtained, a degree in engineering, economics/management or a related field is preferred;

• Knowledge of the economic and technical aspects of the renewable energy sector is considered an advantage;

• Strong interest and motivation in contractual activities and technical-administrative processes related to the renewable energy sector, with a focus on photovoltaics;

• Previous experience in the renewable energy/photovoltaic sector is a plus;

• Good communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders;

• Excellent knowledge of Excel and the Microsoft Office package; knowledge of CAD tools is a plus, as is familiarity with industry-specific portals and regulatory requirements;

• Strong organisational and planning skills, with a problem-solving attitude and the ability to work independently while managing activities and priorities.

The position includes the following responsibilities:

• Electrical maintenance of “utility-scale” photovoltaic plants.

• Routine, preventive, corrective and extraordinary maintenance of photovoltaic plants.

• Technical interventions, troubleshooting and installation of the main components of electrical and photovoltaic systems (e.g. modules, inverters, power components, SCADA and IT systems, anti-intrusion and video surveillance systems).

• Specialist technical activities on site, such as thermography, I-V curve testing, etc.

• Participation in the construction of new photovoltaic plants or modification works on existing plants.

• Coordination and supervision of subcontractors’ activities.

• Application of the company procedures of the O&M / Construction and HSE departments.

• Preparation of daily reports using company mobile applications.

• Low-voltage and medium-voltage electrical maintenance (CEI 78-17 + CEI 11-27).

• Maintenance of green areas around photovoltaic plants. General cleaning of the photovoltaic site.

Requirements:

• The ideal candidate will have experience with electrical systems, preferably industrial LV and MV systems. Experience in the maintenance and/or construction of photovoltaic plants is highly appreciated; knowledge of data transmission protocols TCP/IP + RS232/485 and optical fibre.

• Possession of CEI 11-27 + CEI 78-17 certificates and/or willingness to update them.

• Problem-solving skills, ability to work in a team, organisational autonomy and adaptability.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word). Knowledge of AutoCAD is considered an advantage.

• Willingness to travel.

• Valid Category B driving licence and access to a personal vehicle.

We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of our photovoltaic plants, from permit award through to commercial operation.

Key responsibilities:

• Land: finalising land rights/site acquisition , setting up surface rights and easements, and managing relationships with landowners and notaries

• Permitting: reviewing permits (PAS/AU – Italian authorisation procedures) and their conditions, fulfilling pre-construction requirements, and liaising with municipalities and the competent authorities

• Grid connection: managing the connection process with the grid operator (e.g. e-distribuzione) through to energisation

• Construction: managing the EPC contract; coordinating the Works Supervisor, the Health & Safety Coordinator (CSE) and suppliers; monitoring schedule, costs, quality and variations

• Commissioning: coordinating testing and the administrative procedures needed to reach the Commercial Operation Date (COD)

Requirements:

• Degree in Engineering or a technical diploma (e.g. surveyor, industrial technician)

• Proven experience managing construction sites or EPC contracts, ideally in renewable energy

• Sound knowledge of permitting procedures and grid connection processes

• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills with suppliers, authorities and landowners

• Category B driving licence and willingness to travel frequently
