Open Positions
For our affiliated company Rinnosta Srl, operating in the energy sector, we are looking for an Accountant (m/f) to support us in managing general accounting, tax compliance, and the preparation of financial statements, contributing to the proper functioning of the company’s administrative and financial area.
Key responsibilities include:
- Management of general accounting
- Recording of accounts receivable and payable invoices
- Bank reconciliations and monitoring of financial transactions
- Preparation of periodic tax filings (VAT, F24, etc.)
- Support in the preparation of annual financial statements
- Monitoring of administrative and tax deadlines
- Management of relationships with external consultants (tax advisors, auditors)
- Filing and organization of accounting documentation
- Support for general administrative activities
Requirements:
- Diploma or degree in economics, finance, or related fields
- Proven experience in accounting
- Good knowledge of general accounting and Italian tax regulations
- Familiarity with accounting software and Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
- Accuracy, reliability, and attention to detail
- Organizational skills and ability to manage deadlines
- Team-oriented mindset and good communication skills
- Knowledge of the energy sector is considered an advantage

For our affiliated company Rinnosta Srl, operating in the energy sector, we are looking for a Project and Development Manager (m/f) to support us in the identification and selection of photovoltaic projects as well as in the planning and execution of the related investments.
Responsibilities:
• Identification and selection of new photovoltaic and storage projects
• Preparation of business plans and investment cost estimates
• Management of the acquisition process for new photovoltaic plants and land plots
• Coordination of the permitting process and communication with the relevant authorities (e.g. Enel, GSE, UTIF)
• Management of external design and project management firms as well as coordination of the tendering process during the planning phase
• Project management during the construction phase and coordination with site managers, safety managers, designers, and contractors
• Execution of contracts for the commissioning of plants
Requirements:
• Degree in Economics or Engineering, technical high school diploma, or technical education
• Knowledge of technical and commercial aspects as well as the requirements for the technical and economic feasibility of projects
• Previous professional experience in the renewable energy sector is considered an advantage
• Motivation, sense of responsibility, and a proactive and entrepreneurial mindset
• Willingness to learn, rapidly develop skills, and acquire in-depth knowledge in the renewable energy sector
• Good communication skills, strong interpersonal abilities, and teamwork skills
• Willingness to travel within Italy (including multiple days during the working week)
